- Different balls spawn based on viewer engagement:
- Standard ball: Spawns when a viewer joins or likes the live stream.
- Destroyer ball: Destroys other balls for points. Spawns when a viewer gifts "Rose".
- Score x3 ball: Triples the score where it lands. Spawns when a viewer gifts "TikTok".
- Giant ball: Destroys all balls for points. Spawns when a viewer gifts "Perfume".

I just tested and checked, everything seems fine. Therefore, it appears that the issue is related to your side and I will gladly help you. Without more detailed information, here are some suggestions:
1. Did you connect the game with your TikTok account after you started your Live and pressed "Start" inside the game?
2. Perhaps you set too high a required number of likes, causing your viewers not to send them? Just to clarify, the required number of likes or gifts needs to be sent as a whole or in a very short time frame. It cannot be sent once and then the time passes and sent again (if you understand what I mean).
3. To ensure everything is functioning correctly, you can test it with someone else’s account that is currently Live. Refer to the "How to test without going Live" section in the "Help Guide & Tips" document provided. Make sure the chosen Live has a good number of viewers to increase the chances of receiving likes and gifts (which will spawn the balls).

How to full screen?

I responded to you via the email you sent me, but just in case I will do it here too :)
Although this doesn’t directly relate to the game itself, I’ll guide you on how to use TikTok Live Studio to display the game in fullscreen during your live stream and center its position.
1. In TikTok Live Studio, left-click on the game screen. This will reveal the top settings.
2. Select the third option "Stretch to screen".
3. Next to it, you’ll find the fourth option "Center to screen". Selecting this ensures that the game screen is positioned at the center.
Keep in mind that the game’s aspect ratio is designed to leave black bars at the top and bottom. This ensures that TikTok Live elements (such as your username, gift line, and other icons) won’t cover the game screen.
Additionally, I recommend checking out YouTube tutorials on using TikTok Live Studio. You’ll find preferences, settings, and features explained there :)

Hello, I bought this game but it doesn't work on any of my devices, I have two computers, a laptop and two mobile phones (iPhone and Android), I used it without VPN and with VPN Nord and VPN from Advance Car, used 10 countries such as USA, Germany, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, France....., always the same answer as in the attached picture.
I already use games from Streamac and Brain User and some others and everything works.

Hello! I’ve just tested everything and it seems to be working. I’m not sure if it did before. Make sure you have "Age-restriction" turned off when starting your live stream.
EDIT: Just to add, some servers may experience higher traffic due to today’s holiday and might require a few attempts. You could also try using a VPN.
As I found out, it appears that the server is not behaving properly for every request, which is why we are observing altered behaviors. They have mentioned that they are fixing it, but due to the holiday, the resolution might be slower today.
I can't connect the game to any live stream. I will try tomorrow. Thanks for reply
